This promotion is organised by Melbourne Dental Vision, proudly part of Ascend Dental, located at 513 Princess Hwy Narre Warren.
The promotion is valid from Wednesday 28th of May 2025 to Wednesday 30th July 2025. Appointments must be booked within this period to qualify for the promotional rate. Patients must be deemed clinically suitable for veneers by Dr. Punya after an initial consultation. Suitability is determined at the sole discretion of the clinician.
All dental procedures carry risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
How to Access the Offer
To redeem this offer, patients must:
- Book an initial consultation with Dr. Punya during the promotion period
- Following consultation, book their treatment appointment and pay a deposit of $500
- Complete treatment by a mutually agreed date
The promotion covers 6 veneers only; any additional veneers or dental treatments will incur additional charges. The offer does not include treatments such as fillings, gum treatments, whitening, or orthodontics, unless stated otherwise. Patients requiring additional dental work must complete that work before veneers are applied, at their own cost.
Aftercare and Maintenance
Patients are responsible for maintaining good oral hygiene and following all aftercare instructions provided by Melbourne Dental Vision. This includes attending regular hygiene appointments (generally every 6 months), avoiding habits that may damage veneers (such as nail-biting or using teeth to open packaging), and notifying the clinic of any concerns promptly. Failure to follow these guidelines may compromise the longevity and appearance of the veneers. Melbourne Dental Vision and Dr. Punya accept no responsibility for damage, discolouration, or failure of veneers caused by poor oral hygiene, neglect, lifestyle factors, or lack of follow-up care. Any corrective treatment required due to such issues will be at the patient's expense. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted with adequate notice and subject to availability. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
Legal & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
